Mr. Tetley is a member of the corporate finance and securities group at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP, with extensive experience in corporate governance, equity financings, and M&A transactions. He serves as a director and/or corporate secretary for several issuers and sits on the Private Funds Independent Review Committee for Deans Knight Capital Management Ltd. Mr. Tetley holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary.

Mr. McAden is the President and Owner of Silver Spur Investments, a diversified holding company investing primarily in real estate and its related activities. Prior to this, Mr. McAden was the President and Owner of Antares Acquisition, LLC, a small private homebuilder operating in the Dallas/Fort Worth markets. Mr. McAden is an accountant by training, but has traditionally focused on operational improvement, strategic positioning, merger and acquisition activities, as well as the financing of transactions and operating companies.

Mr. Moser is a Director of Investments and Partner at PFM Capital, where he manages the firm’s energy portfolio. His prior experience includes roles on the trading desk at Capital Power Corp. (formerly EPCOR Merchant & Capital) and as an oil and gas equity research associate at Raymond James in Calgary. In addition to overseeing PFM’s oil and gas investments, he contributes broad investment insight and analytical expertise across multiple sectors.

Mr. Woitas is an independent businessman and has managed Calmar Capital Corp., an energy-focused private equity and merchant banking firm, since 2010. Previously, he spent six years in the Oil & Gas Investment Banking Group at Tristone Capital Corp. and Macquarie Capital. He currently sits on the boards of several private companies, including Certarus Ltd., Rolling Hills Energy Ltd., Mediterra Energy Corp., and Turnstone Energy Inc.

Jason Tocheniuk co‑founded Aureus Energy in 2011 and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, Aureus has achieved several transformative milestones, including expansion into the United States and the successful strategic divestiture of the company’s Canadian assets. In recent years, Mr. Tocheniuk has led a focused strategic pivot that established Aureus as an exclusively Permian‑focused integrated water midstream business, driven by strong year‑over‑year organic growth and the acquisition of significant midstream land and infrastructure positions. His vision and execution have positioned Aureus as a scalable, sustainable water management company supporting high‑volume Permian operations.
