Jason Tocheniuk co‑founded Aureus Energy in 2011 and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, Aureus has achieved several transformative milestones, including expansion into the United States and the successful strategic divestiture of the company’s Canadian assets. In recent years, Mr. Tocheniuk has led a focused strategic pivot that established Aureus as an exclusively Permian‑focused integrated water midstream business, driven by strong year‑over‑year organic growth and the acquisition of significant midstream land and infrastructure positions. His vision and execution have positioned Aureus as a scalable, sustainable water management company supporting high‑volume Permian operations.

Mr. Hozjan joined Aureus in January 2020 with more than 30 years of oil and gas experience, including over two decades as a senior financial officer with publicly traded companies. As a CPA, he has helped grow multiple energy businesses from start-up to mid-cap scale. His strengths include capital markets, finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, internal controls, and all aspects of public company reporting. His communication skills are an asset in working with shareholders, market participants, and internal teams.

Mr. Reinhardt has spent more than a decade at Aureus, serving in roles across Operations, Engineering, Technical Services, Sales, and Management in both Canada and the United States. He has introduced numerous innovative technologies and operational approaches that have helped establish Aureus as a leader in water management. His combination of technical expertise, field experience, and strong communication skills is a key asset in leading the Engineering and Technology teams.

Mr. Hussey joined Aureus in August 2024 after serving at Apache Corporation, where he managed the Water Resources and Production Chemical Departments for U.S. Onshore Operations. He is a recognized industry and community leader, having held roles in multiple industry organizations and spoken at more than 20 conferences. He also serves as Treasurer for the local Salvation Army advisory board. Mr. Hussey holds a BS in Civil Engineering, an MS in Environmental Engineering, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Rice University.

Corby Lohse is Vice President of Operations, specializing in water treatment and transfer within the oil and gas industry. He brings over a decade of field and leadership experience across major U.S. basins and currently leads multi‑state operations for Aureus Energy Services. Corby is recognized for driving operational efficiency and scaling infrastructure through digital systems and process optimization. His leadership has delivered measurable cost reductions, improved asset utilization, and enhanced service delivery, while building high‑performing teams and executing complex projects in demanding environments.

Emilee Larabee is Vice President of Commercial Markets for Aureus Energy. She leads strategic growth initiatives and customer engagement efforts, bringing a strong commercial mindset and deep understanding of customer needs to drive sustainable revenue growth. In her role, Emilee oversees key accounts and market development, working closely with operations, technical, and leadership teams to deliver integrated water management solutions. She is known for building long‑term partnerships, identifying value‑driven opportunities, and aligning service execution with customer performance goals and Aureus’ commercial strategy.

Jordan Anderson leads treatment efficiency initiatives across Aureus Energy Services, bringing over eight years of experience in produced water treatment and water management within the oil and gas industry. He began his career in the Permian Basin at the field level and has since worked across engineering, operations, and commercial teams, building deep expertise in treatment technologies and system optimization. At Aureus, Jordan focuses on chemical program development, application optimization, and system design enhancements. He has supported the design and deployment of approximately 50 mobile and fixed recycle facilities and led the development and optimization of more than 10 on‑the‑fly (OTF) treatment programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University.

Mark Collier is Director of Water Resources for Aureus Energy Services, based in Midland, Texas. With 14 years of industry experience, he leads the development of reliable and scalable water supply strategies that support efficient, responsible operations across the organization. Mark is known for building strong partnerships and aligning sourcing strategies with operational and commercial needs, ensuring dependable access to water while supporting long-term customer and asset performance.

Quent Gilbert is the Director of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) at Aureus Energy Services, bringing more than 40 years oil and gas experience with 25 of that experience leading safety teams and complex HSE programs across the energy industry. He is responsible for progressing a strong safety culture, maintaining regulatory compliance, and protecting the well‑being of employees, contractors, and communities that Aureus Energy Services conduct business in. Quent plays a critical role in integrating HSE leadership into the daily operations, and ensuring safety excellence is embedded across all Aureus projects and regions.

Brandon Johnson is Director of Land for Aureus Energy Services, based in Midland, Texas. With more than 17 years of surface land experience, he leads land strategy, surface negotiations, landowner relations, and infrastructure support for Aureus’ growing water midstream platform. His background includes extensive experience supporting oil and gas development, water resource projects, right of way acquisition, construction coordination, and operational execution across complex surface environments. Brandon brings a unique operator-side perspective to Aureus, having worked closely with land, water resources, drilling, facilities, operations, and construction teams throughout his career. He is focused on aligning land strategy with commercial and operational goals, securing critical access for water infrastructure, and building long-term relationships that support reliable, scalable, and responsible water management solutions across the Permian Basin.

Kelly Bussey serves as Director of Sales for Aureus Energy Services in Midland, bringing 15 years of industry experience supported by more than three decades of Executive Management and Sales Leadership. His in-depth knowledge of services, infrastructure, and facilities enables him to guide the Aureus Energy team in delivering strategic, value‑driven solutions that support long‑term customer partnerships and operational excellence.
